Each year, Rotarians from every corner of the globe work to make our goal of World Peace and Understanding a reality through the projects and programs of The Rotary Foundation. Our Foundation's ability to serve humanity is limitless as long as we continue to live with "Service Above Self" as our life motto, in hands on projects and through our financial support. Let's "Lead the Way" this Rotary Year by "Sharing Rotary" and having our best year ever, and let's go out there and recruit more PHS members!
District Governor Charles Spencer, District Rotary Foundation Chair PDG Lance Linscombe and The Paul Harris Society District Chair PDG Frank Bradshaw, cordially extend an invitation to any Rotarian in your club to join The Paul Harris Society of Rotary International District 6200.
Every donor who annually contributes $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation will be awarded membership in The Paul Harris Society. The donation must be given to the Annual Fund of the Foundation, and Society Members will receive a special Certificate of Recognition and a distinctive gold and blue lapel banner that can be worn with their Rotary pin.
District 6200 is fortunate to have many Rotarians who are capable of becoming Society members, and we are certain that a program such as this is just what they're looking for! Please share the importance of this opportunity with your Club members and encourage them to join us in the formation of this exciting new program that will build a stronger Rotary Foundation. It would be great to have at least one Society Member from every Club by District Conference.
